General Provisions

The data controller is MARIUSZ DUCZEK with its registered office in Dęby Wielkie, at ul. Janusza Korczaka 8, NIP: 8221685880. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and they are stored on secured servers.

For the purposes of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by the terms "You", "Administrator" – "Company", "MARIUSZ DUCZEK". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect your right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, secure communication encryption protocols (SSL).

Personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Controller

The company is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you contacted us via a form on our website or provided a phone number for initial contact, we process your data, including: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and IP address.

The company is also the administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter and people registered for the webinar.

Personal data are processed:

a. in accordance with personal data protection regulations,

b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape, amend, or terminate the Agreement, and properly implement the Services provided electronically,

d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

- to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you signed up for the newsletter,

- to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you signed up for the webinar,

- to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you provided a telephone number for initial contact.

Every data subject (if we are the controller) has the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential legal claims or if national, EU, or international law obliges us to retain data.

The Company has the right to share your personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement authorities).

Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

The Company does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law.

Personal data is processed only by individuals authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
